Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and scope

Provider: Burjob LLC (Delaware, USA). Registered address: 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Registration number: 3220296. Contact: support@propertyworkshop.eu. Website: https://propertyworkshop.eu.

These terms govern use of the Property Workshop professional directory. Registered professionals use the service in a professional or business capacity. Visitors may search and request quotes without registering.

2. The service

The platform enables the creation, search and publication of professional profiles and forwards quote requests. A separate agreement governs work between a professional and a client; Property Workshop is not a party to that agreement.

The platform currently does not collect a professional's work fees, invoice their services or charge commission on quote requests.

3. Registration and contract formation

Professionals register with a genuine email address and password, accept these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Email confirmation is required. Marketing consent is voluntary.

The contract for using this platform is concluded electronically in English when registration is accepted and the account is created. Users may correct their details before registration and later through their account or support.

These terms are available on the website and may be saved or printed from a browser. The provider does not produce a separate signed contract document. Account and service records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Creating and publishing a profile

Professionals must provide accurate, current information. Creating a profile requires a name, company or business name, profile image and at least one profession. Publication also requires a service area and all mandatory details.

A saved profile initially remains a draft. A profile becomes public after approval under the moderation process. Incomplete or non-compliant profiles may be returned for correction.

Administrator assistance may be requested to change a public name or company name. Contact visibility can be configured in the profile. A verification badge is not a guarantee of every service offered by a professional.

5. Images and user content

A profile may contain up to ten portfolio images, separately from its profile image and logo. JPEG, PNG and WebP files are accepted, with a maximum original size of 8 MB. Images are automatically resized and compressed.

Uploaders must have the right to publish their content. Unauthorised personal data, images that infringe rights, misleading references and unlawful content are prohibited.

For the duration of the service, uploaders grant the non-exclusive rights needed to store, technically process and display their content according to their settings. Ownership of the content is not transferred.

6. Introductory free membership

Professionals registered by 31 October 2026 are eligible for one year of free base membership. The free year begins when the professional profile is first approved for public display.

The free period alone creates neither a payment obligation nor an automatically renewing paid subscription. Prices and conditions for any later paid service will be communicated separately. A payment obligation arises only under separately accepted terms.

7. Search and quote requests

Search order may reflect the requested profession, service area, registration timing and profile completeness. A search position or public listing does not guarantee enquiries or work. Search priority cannot be purchased.

Quote requests are sent to the selected professional. Sending a request does not itself form a contract for the work or acceptance of a price. The parties agree the scope, final price, deadlines and responsibilities directly.

Professionals determine their displayed service prices. Clients should clarify tax treatment, conditions and additional costs directly with the professional.

8. Prohibited use and moderation

False identities, false professional information, unauthorised references, spam, harassment, malicious code and misuse are prohibited. Professionals are responsible for the authorisations and licences required for their activities.

Unlawful content or breaches of these terms may be reported through a profile's reporting form or to support@propertyworkshop.eu. Include the profile link, a description of the content and the reason for the report.

Depending on severity, the provider may request corrections, reject publication or suspend a profile. Users are informed of restrictions and their reasons. Review may be requested through support without limiting statutory remedies.

9. Responsibility and availability

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their information and services, their work, invoicing and performance of client agreements. The platform does not guarantee specific business results.

The provider aims for secure and continuous operation, but maintenance, network problems or provider failures may cause temporary outages. Report problems to support.

Provider liability is governed by applicable Hungarian law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Account closure and personal data

Users may request account closure or use the account-deletion function. Associated personal data is deleted or retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Professionals process personal data received in quote requests under their own responsibility as controller. Receiving a quote request does not automatically authorise marketing contact.

11. Complaints and remedies

Send complaints to support@propertyworkshop.eu. Identify the event, profile or decision concerned and explain the requested remedy. We investigate complaints and generally provide a substantive reply within 30 days.

Users who qualify as consumers retain their statutory consumer-protection and alternative-dispute-resolution rights. Parties may seek judicial remedies; these terms do not impose exclusive arbitration.

12. Changes and applicable law

Hungarian law and applicable European Union rules govern these terms. Mandatory legal provisions take precedence.

Users will be informed in advance of material changes. Changes do not impose retroactive fees or remove an already granted free period.
